  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Ad Specialist/Paid Media Buyer.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with eCommerce campaigns and remarketing funnels.
  • Graphic design or video editing basics for quick content creation.
  • Google or Meta Ads certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members for creatives and copy.
  • Run engaging campaigns (polls, Q&A, contests, etc.) to boost community interaction.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep brand presence fresh.
  • Track and report on organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall ROI.
  • Effectively manage budgets, bids, and ad placements while providing detailed analytics and performance reports with actionable insights.
