Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow
  • Research and identify potential clients in the IT industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to retain business and generate referrals
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Forecast sales and revenue projections for IT services
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s IT services and keep up-to-date on advancements in technology and industry trends

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Min 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT industry
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility
