Duties and Responsibilities:
- Extract leads from various sources, including online directories, social media platforms, and other sources.
- Enter data accurately into our database system, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
- Send emails to potential clients, introduce our products and services, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement strategies to improve data collection and lead generation efforts.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
- Keep information confidential.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Min 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Work Schedule: 9 hours per day and 5 days per week
