- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

- Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and training initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Collaborate on HR projects and talent management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
