Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and training initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and talent management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
