TRIOTECH SYSTEMS is hiring a results-driven Social Media Manager & Ad Specialist with strong expertise in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit advertising. This role is ideal for someone who can independently create SEO-friendly content (visuals, copy, and videos) and plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable growth across multiple industries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager & Paid Ad Specialist.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Reddit Ads.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple industries (eCommerce, healthcare, nutrition,, services, etc.).
  • Ability to independently create content (visuals, copy, videos) and execute ad creatives.
  • Understanding of SEO principles for social media content and landing pages.
  • Google or Meta Ads certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels.
  • Create and manage SEO-friendly content (copy, visuals, videos, reels, and shorts) aligned with brand objectives and platform-specific best practices.
  • Plan, schedule, and maintain content calendars while ensuring a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
  • Design and execute interactive and engagement-driven campaigns such as polls, Q&As, contests, live sessions, and community initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, audience behavior, and competitor activity to continuously optimize content relevance and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report organic social performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to improve ad performance, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and placements independently while maximizing ROI.
  • Execute integrated paid and organic marketing strategies across multiple industries (eCommerce, healthcare, nutrition, services, and product-based businesses), including lead generation and brand positioning for web development services.
